I think so....I mean, the guy has more money than God. I believe that the reason that the guy has held onto the securities and assets that he has is because everytime he gets scared, he files for Chapter 11, which in turn makes him not obligated to his debt and in turn saves him money in the long run. That's why this bastard always has so much money. Business is a risky venture all in all, and I guess that with risk comes Victory and Defeat. The guy will never have to worry about having a credit problem after filing for bankruptcy, he'll never need credit and if he does, banks will be more than happy to satisfy that need.
