The fest was incredible. I didn't enjoy every band, but the ones I went for made it more than worth it.

Jimmy Fleet is a-okay in my book. Fuck every hater.

Intolitarian was absolutely savage. I never imagined I would see them perform live, let alone a half-hour from my home. Playing outside didn't hurt them at all. If anything, it had more of a dystopian rally-like feel to it. Props for booking the deadliest artist in the history of extreme music.

Phlegm was firing on all cylinders. Old-school death metal that hadn't aged a day.

Disma played under a full moon with steam emanating off of Craig Pillard. It was the first time I caught them since 2012, and they've only gotten heavier. The new song they played crushed.

1) It was a fundraiser for a 9-year old girl with leukemia, people don't get paid at fundraisers. Duh.

Make your CD release show a fest and a fundraiser. So you at least have a few band member in attendance so you can say people showed up and you don't have to pay them because it's for charity. What a joke. You should have made it someone's birthday show too so you could guilt their friends into coming.

According to all the promotion only the raffle was used to raised money for that girl.
Nothing ever said the show itself was a fundraiser. Its almost like it was used as an excuse not to pay bands after the fact.
