Out for a run now and then going back home to break my 6 week alcohol fast with a beer and a nap.

Just finished a two hour hike. Heading down to Ralph's in a few hours. Ryan Waste's new band BAT is playing. Definitely worth checking out if you like first wave black metal. There's albunch of other good bands playing. Doors are at 4 pm.
