Sometime in early December I will be requesting Facebook to permantly delete my page. I've made a ghost account to admin my band pages, but other than that, I'm done with this website. If you want to contact me, you can use my phone, email, or contact me the old-fashioned way. Let me know if anyone wants those.

Not true. I didn't disable it. I deleted it.. didnt even know one could do that. They say they purge your profile with the exception of photos youre tagged in and a few other things.

Yes, I have friends who have done exactly that and then when they log back in/set up a new account with the same info/email, they had everything back.
