anyone know where i can get some free spy/adware removal shit, i downloaded like 10 from download.com and none of them actually remove anything, just fucking scan for it and then want u to pay $40 for the full version to remove it all...

i downloaded adaware and it's done everything for me, my computer is actually as fast as when i first got it, it's gotten rid of 800 stupid crap from my computer

Both of these are great for getting rid of shitty assed ads...I use them both and they work GREAT.

adaware or spy bot search & destroy

i've got adaware too and it doesn't work all that great. but, it helps.

use it in conjunction with spybot and it works great.

Try this:

Go to START, then SEARCH, (on CDRIVE dummies), type in "Anyuser", and see what comes up...delete all that comes up, they are shitty cookies that you don't want.

Do the same thing but typing "Gator", then try it with "Fastclick", then try it with "Doubleclick" this will help you manually remove the asshole cookies.

um.. hoser... cookies can't actually do anything.

They clog up yer directory and slow shit down...to me..that's doing something.

the majority of the programs i got had a search for a "tracker cookie" whatever the fuck that is.

it looks for cookie recipies i found a great one for coconut sugar cookies

i have an acer aspire v nitro 17 that i have had for about 2 years but never took it out of the box. booted it up today, ran the stupid windows 10 upgrade (it was running windows 8... i'll eventually make another boot disc and go back to 7 or run linux) and when all that was done.... mind you this is a NEW pc never used (not refurb), and come to see that the microsoft edge app is infected to the teeth with adware/hijackers. i install mozilla real quick and that gets infected immediately as well.

fuck. i run bitdefender, then malwarebytes adware cleaner, and now running hitman pro.... hundreds and hundreds of malware/adware items.

What does Windows defender do? That is almost all I use now.

good. I keep it simple these days. One virus protection, locked down systems, common sense and keep everything up to date.

I've begun using the Epic Privacy browser as well. This is a good tool.
