@ The Best Buy Theater, wherever that is in NY. The only eastcoast date. Sort of want to go but know this won't be as good without Paul Barker.

Aw shit, a few days from now.

did you guys not hear 'rio grande blood'?

I actually didn't, for obvious reasons.

Ministry was only at their best when Barker was involved and Jourgensen was strung out on heroin and paranoid that concert goers were out to shoot him on stage.

He never grasped the fact that their best material was played slow and with atmosphere. Fuck the "speed" shit.

however "TV II" is a killer song.

Obviously, but I think everything up to Filth Pig was great. Then there's a few gems here and there along the way.

I go up to Dark Side of the Spoon. I love everything before Filth Pig but they were on fire between those two records.

Best buy theatre is the old Nokia theatre. Right in the middle of times square.

Yeah, Lay Lady Lay.

Yup, I liked that one too. I thought that album was half good songs/half meh whereas I liked every song on all their previous albums. I heard (can't remember the source) that their last tour they were pretty rough. I doubt I'll be heading to this.

Filth Pig is under rated. They recorded it themselves with a freshly built home studio. Problem was they had to learn how to use all the shit and spent a lot of time fussing with technical shit.

My favorite is Mind is a terrible thing to taste.

I've never gotten to see Ministry but I fear seeing them now would taint my love of their glory days.

I just got their DVD FIX and its great.
