Asked my friend in Egypt about this, his response:
Ok,first off this is a rumour so far,we only have a local news article that says someone discussed this law in the parliament,no names and no facts,the daily mail caught it from this article and from our own internet ruccus  , however, since the performance of the islamists so far is pure crap, and they are already discussing nonsensical stuff like allowing girl marriage from 14 yrs old ,etc.., we were making fun of the article saying, that they may think they can marry a 14 years old , kill her and have their way , thus the necro-pedophile part ;) , again , this is probably noting but a rumour , but we here are really pissed off at the islamists |
