As much as I like Armageddon if this is true it's really stupid. I don't see any Burzum listed anywhere on the Armageddon Shop website though. Anyone care to address the issue?

I'm pretty sure Ben said to one of the anons in one of these threads that his store doesn't carry Burzum and if you really want to buy their album you can go to Newbury Comics or somewhere else.

Assuming that with stuff carried by both Amazon and Armageddon, there is truth to Armageddon having higher prices, so what. It's a small business that gives strong support to the local scene. We can't all lend ourselves to positions of being able to enforce predatory pricing by sacrificing ideals like Amazon does. If that happened, there would be no culture to speak of in the world and the type of music Armageddon carries wouldn't even have a market. Especially when you consider there's tons of shit in the store of all genres Amazon probably won't ever carry. Stupid, stupid fucking troll needs to be killed.

It's a store, it sells stuff. If people want the stuff, they buy it. If you don't want the stuff, don't buy it. It's not that difficult. If you think the prices are too high or you cant find the stuff you want, then use your wallet elsewhere, that's how shopping works.

Someone got denied their album being sold there, and they must now post anonymously to "wage war" on one of the only local and independent music stores that cater to extreme music. They don't sell burzum? Big deal. He's a drama queen. Go listen to xasthur and do a ritual about it.

I like armageddon. They have good stuff and help setup shows. Even when they first opened they put on Toxic Holocaust, Lord Gore, Hellshock, Misery Index, Rotten Sound...

of great International bands to Providence that this town
probably would have never gotten a chance to see if it wasn't
for their support. They've always been awesome to every band
we know...as far as what they carry...well...it's their store and
