Yeah, nice try, but really missed the spirit of what Heavy Metal should be about. I probably would think it was okay if it didn't have the Heavy Metal moniker on it.
First one is of course immortally epic...

The first Heavy Metal is fucking sweet. The first time I ever saw it I was tripping on acid. I never saw '2000.'

The original is one of the greatest animated movies ever made. That second one was a waste of time.
