I watched this, it was one of the all time worst horror movies I've ever seen. Ever. Just totally terrible from start to finish.

I'm just confused. I didn't see anything in this film that anyone could possibly like.

I'm also still upset that people recommended this to me, knowing that I like horror movies, when this movie was obviously just NOT a real horror movie. The only thing that was scary about it was that somehow the makers of Heathers and Hellraiser decided to put their names on it. I still can't figure that one out, but it scares me that anyone would want to take any sort of credit for this atrocity.

That's the thing, I almost think they TRIED to make the movie as bad as it was, I mean, some of it was just so blatant, having Heathers referenced on the cover, having "JT" modeled exactly to be like Christian Slater's "JD" character from Heathers, the stupid as fuck predictable "twist" ending...

And then there was just the absolutely stupid shit, like the absurd plot holes. JT says he tries to kill the girl three times because she bit him...so, why isn't he a zombie then? The dog...these kids are repeatedly raping this chick, and she puts up little to no resistance, yet a fucking dog goes near her, and she rips it to shreds with her teeth??? Why is there even a dog there? The fat chick...they hit her over the head, not once, but TWICE with a crowbar, which apparently just stuns her, but not enough that she can't manhandle both of their asses afterwards? The kid who gets his dick bit and shit out his intestines...what happens to him? That's the last we hear about him, other than that his girlfriend is really pissed about what they did to him. Really?

My favourite though, is that when they tell the jocks that they have "their own piece of pussy" or whatever, they tie them up and throw them in their trunk, and have them take them to her? Yeah, because when I found out people I didn't like in high school were getting a piece of tail, that's exactly what I did...seriously, the fucking writers of this movie were obviously home schooled by a pack of retards, because they had no idea what the social interactions of teens actually are like. Do I even need to go on about how bad this was? I mean, I'm not even getting into the acting, dialogue, writing, etc...


My theory is that this wasn't a "movie", it was a social experiment, to see how bad of a flick they could purposely make, but still get good reviews for based on the shocking/taboo nature of the central premise.

I guess the thing is that I just mostly sit around, smoke weed, spin records, and watch horror flicks for entertainment. I like my horror flicks a certain way, if they're going to be low budget, stupid, and cheesy, then they should at least acknowledge that in some way, and make it fun to watch. A lot of the greats like Roger Corman, Herschell Gordon Lewis, those dudes got that. Yeah, their shit is bad, B-movie stuff, but it's fun to watch.

This new breed of bad horror movie though, where it's just all shock for its own sake, I just can't hang, it ain't fun for me. I guess they call this kind of thing "torture porn". Whatever, I thought Hostel really blew too.
