There i was, playing MW2 on my PS3 online.... which I do all of the frieking time, mind you. I play so much because the game has so many weapons, with so many attachments, with so many colors,etc... That ALL need to be unlocked, and which take a long ass time to do. (I've only had the internet in my place for about 1.5 months, and I've played around 4 whole days in that time.)....

Like i said, i was playing, and trying to unlock the "Fall" colors for my ACR (Assault Rifle) for which i was about 15 headshots away, and all of the sudden my screen said "God Mode Enabled" and i could jump over buildings, shoot through walls, see through walls, had unlimited ammo, had heat-seeking bullets, etc.. All of that went away after the match was over.... then i decided to play again, and went to check to see how many headshots i needed to open the "fall" colors on my ACR... When i noticed that EVERYTHING in the game is unlocked. Everything.
WTF?
I know it sounds like it might be cool, but god dammit, i was enjoying unlocking everything the REAL way. Now i have no way to prove to my friends how good I've been doing. (which is bullshit, cause NO ONE Believes a girl is as good as I am.)
Someone at my work claims it happened because someone hacked the server while I was playing... I dunno, but i was i could get all my stats back. :(
why not just prestige and start over again? it might suck but its probably the only way to reset all of that
I bet she didn't even get to level 70 before the "god mode" thingy. Now she's all like: "oh noes, my friends don't get to see my awesome ass-kicking girlness!" and i'm like: "Listen here Boxxy you bitch, girls suck at video games, and you're no different. Come over and let me show you what girls are SUPPOSED to be good at."
yea, i definitely know how long that must have taken, but i usually prestige over and over so even tho its a lot of work, starting over at lvl 1 is fun after you get bored of being the max lvl for a few days
First of all, that is FALSE. I know this because of our in depth discussion about women's bum shapes this weekend.
Second of all, from what I can tell you can't "undo" God Mode. It was introduced "accidentally" through one of the system updates. I think you're S.O.L., bucko.
I'm not out of luck, i just need to remember Boxxy's story, and unplug my PS3 when i see my screen say "god mode" (don't try at home) and my stats will be as pure as the driven snow.
oh, and by the way, you're welcome. I'm glad that peeps felt the way that we thought peeps should have felt even though there was concern that peeps could have overlooked new knowledge due to midnight tinted glasses.
