I need a 4th roomate for my awesome apartment in arlington.
the selling points:
-its fucking big, 4 big bedrooms (plus two smaller ones) big kitchen, living room, porch. also theres one off street parking spot left, and plenty of storage space in the basement
-rents only 450ish a month, i say ish because we may try and have a subletter take a small room and lower everyones rent. 1st and security up front, last months rent can be paid off in installments
- the three of us who are currently onboard are all awesome people with good taste in music and sufficiently responsible/clean without being huge dicks about it, moderate party quotient will be upheld, i.e. we dont want to live in a frat house, but not a nunnery either.
- i will fix your fucking bike for free/cheap/get me high, im also pretty handy with cars, mopeds, guitars and such.
