going to watch it tonight. The original was one of my favorite recent horror movies

I love the first. I had to see it a few times to get into it. Also I like caves and cave paintings and crap.
I forgot when the second was supposed to come out. I thought it already did. Hope it doesn't suck.

ha, I'm positive part 2 is TERRIBLE, read reviews/watch trailer before you waste your time.

it was released in theaters in the uk a few months back. has not been released in the U.S yet

they upped the gore but some of the acting was questionable. a lot of the same as the original but with less style.

people said the same thing about the first one...I loved the first one.

exactly, reviews mean nothing. everyone wants to hate everything, it's all subjective. i heard the first one was atrocious but i actually enjoyed it a lot. the end was meh, but at least the rest of it was good.

pretty much every review I read, people liked the first one and said the second one was nowhere near as decent.

I also watched the trailer, which pretty much confirmed that it would be a waste of time.
