yes all amps are to be mic'ed in 4 feet of small water
ive never played here before, i assume they would mic the amps, if im lucky they will mic the bass drum, dunno if they have a full drum mic set tho.
its a good size room. 150 capacity. load in is at 7:30. i'm pretty sure they mic everything

I don't really ever remember them miking amps at PA's. Room isn't big enough for it to be necessary.

It's definitely not big enough to mic the amps or the bass drum. You might not even need a PA for the vocals.. (JK) but seriously, you won't be mic'ing anything but the vocals.
