I was trying to view my Comcast bill online. I haven't done it in months since I have my payments automated. APPARENTLY comcast.com and comcast.net "merged." The resulting merge required everyone with an online account to have a comcast.net account. Of course no one ever told me this, or if they did I never noticed it. Either way I had no way of know it when I attempted to log in, and here's how a half hour long customer service live chat ended.

I'm having the same problem, I called them and got absolutely nowhere. The moron on the phone told me to turn off my antivirus and try again. WTF? I just hung up. I set up bill pay on my BoA account, fuck it.

Comcast is on my shitlist lately.

When I moved in November I was signing up for service again. They gave me 4 fucking broken DVR's in a row. I bitched them out and they had a tech come to my house with a truckload of them to find one that worked. Then they gave me a free month's DVR rental fee for free and 3 months of HBO.

Lately though I get an error on their site when I try to view a PDF of my current bill. And since yesterday I'm no longer able to get most of my HD channels. If they tell me I need a new DVR I'll fuck all their daughters to death.
