I'm in a rut and feel like I've heard it all. I need another band to latch on to.

I like Black Metal, Atmospheric Metal, and some slam (if it's really good.)

And acoustic, really dark shit.

I also enjoy hearing clean voices, sans growl. If its all blastbeat shit, it goes out the window.

Any ideas?

I posted about fractal gates. They rule. The new be'lakor album should also keep you very interested if you liked fractal gates.

Ikuinen kaamos' album "the forlorn" is good if you like atmospheric black metal-ish stuff.

Sworn is awesome if you like black metal stuff.

Avenged sevenfold is good if you like dead drummers.
