I'm heading to Worcester for GWAR tonight, and Uno's has officially gotten really, really old for me.

Anyone know of a good cheapish restaurant in the general area? I'm coming from just outside of Boston. Pubs are my thing, but italian/pizza would kick ass.

There's an amazing sub shop called Boomer's about 3 minutes from the Palladium on Highland St.

I recommend the Turkey, Bacon & Swiss Club on a Half Loaf of Italian.

tortilla sam's is a hundred odd feet up the road from boomers, and they're open 'til 2-3AM on the weekends. good stuff.

I haven't liked any place near worcester so far, but for some reason the sausage cart outside of the palladium never fails after a show. Especially if you've had enough beer.
