its a really really acquired taste. whenever his shit comes up on shuffle i usually skip past it but there are times when the song i skipped over just rapes my mind like an hour later. very unique.

That's impossible to say, I think. Every time I think I don't like him/like him, he does something else completely different.
Listen to Ki. It's unlike any SYL or DT stuff he's done. Addicted is supposed to be pop-metal, and there's still a mega-heavy album and an ambient album on the way this year!
I don't like everything DT has done, but I can't deny I like some of it a LOT. Ki was awesome, New Black was awesome, and the solo stuff even had a few great moments.
