I loved the first Ahab CD and have this one but haven't given it its due listen. I'm kind of waiting for a bleak more wintery day so that it can depress me even more. As for album of 2009... I really don't know who would win that award for me yet. |

I think Black Wreath's new album slightly edged out the new Ahab. Both of those plus Stabat Mater's new album were my favorites of 2009.
