neuraxis, beheamoth and necrophagist are metalcore/deathcore?
wat |
Prong are speed metal?
and the thrash section has all crossover bands. |
Yeah, I like how he makes the point of complaining about unnecessary subgenres, then seems to invent a few of his own.

neuraxis, beheamoth and necrophagist are metalcore/deathcore?
wat |
Yeah, that's bullshit for more than one reason. First the obvious reason.... NONE of those bands fall into metalcore/deathcore.... second.... These three bands are not even similar enough to EACHOTHER to be used in defining a genre. Fucking newbs. |
well, Behemoth and Necrophagist are in a way, they both suck elephant balls. |

well, Behemoth and Necrophagist are in a way, they both suck elephant balls. |
Well that's your opinion..... but stylistically they are TOTALLY different. Go ahead, deny it.... you can't. |
i don't know why you guys hate on necrophagist so much. if its anything you should hate everyone who considers them the best thing since sliced bread or the invention of the electric guitar. i enjoy their music and yea i will admit i have heard more technical bands but what they play is still good and enjoyable and thats enough for me to like it. i don't consider them the best thing out there like a lot of people do though. |
I think sliced bread is overrated |
sliced bread is, toasted sliced bread however, is not. |
Necrophagist are one of my favorite bands. |

Some people flipped out over our article on the genres of metal, which among its greatest sins identified Behemoth, Necrophagist and Neuraxis as metalcore. Since people aren't familiar with much of the history of this genre, here's a little rundown: "What is metalcore?" |
