Remember in the 80's and early 90's when Hardcore and Hip-Hop were BFFs? Maybe they can have another night together and see how it goes. Love can happen again, I promise.
I went and did a showcase at the Big Easy in Portland last night. There was a big freestyle session at the end and I sang "ill rape you" to the bass line of the Luniz "I got 5 on it" beat. Then I said sorry to the best looking girls there, they said it was all ok. Eyenine is down for the show too, feel free to add him to whatever.
Hit up some friends from down there, trying to get people out. Listened to both bands, Hannaford and the Heartstoppers rule, heavier than I thought. Oak and Bone was awesome too, l liked the leads on one of the songs.
What a strange show/night. First of all the bands were awesome. Loved Hannaford and the Heartstoppers, thanks for the shirt. Oak and Bone were very loud and powerful. Plenty of incense burning amongst other things. Cicaida (sp?) was pretty rockin and the dude said he'd fuck Debbie. On to Debbie, upstairs neighbor of the UFCco. She said straight up to me "I know you got the hookup, I want a line of that white stuff". Straight crackhead. Then she sang Billie Jean on the mic and later called everyone scumbags. Rusty yelled "stop smoking crack!" and she dropped what was in her hand. My set went out to Rusty, thanks for sticking around. Thanks Nick for the gas break-off, see you the 26th and I'm totally down to play with you guys anytime in the future down there.
