"Abaroth a brilliant black metal band that's harsh and agressive with it's speed and nature.... Good elements of blast beats with hauntingly eerie guitar work and bass lines.... This album was very limited and did not have many copys released and should be reissued at some point... but is a must have for any and all black metallers... A Very dark atmosphere and feel is behind this album and it is a brilliant work of art... The vocals really bring out the eerieness on this album so the vocals are what mainly composes this album in my opinion the guitars, bass and drums just fit in well composition wise to the way the vocals were laid out for each track.
Consists of some of the most haunting black metal i have heard a must download."

Although I don't agree with everything that guy said about it.. it's pretty strange to see this floatin around blogs and on youtube now, haha.
The vocalist and I started the band in 2002.. most of the songs on the demo were written/recorded in 2002-2004. Each song is a little different, and some parts are pretty out there. I ended up leaving the band in 2005 after the beloved New England Black Metal Fest at the Bombshelter. There were a lot of disagreements with the way we wanted to sound.. this demo was a little more "progressive" than the new stuff.
After many years, a new full-length is here.. which I'll post about later.
Anyway, figured I'd post this for anyone that remembers Abaroth.
dreadkill, here you go.. the 2nd infernecron demo. we have copies of these I think if anyone actually ones want. this demo came with a patch too. I have zero copies of the abaroth demo, but the new full-length album should be here within a week or so.
which site? and which demo? first demo is pretty lame if you ask me. recorded/wrote it in a few days. 2nd one is lame, too. I was going to try to make a full-length with it this year and actually spend time on the songs, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
interesting. I'll have to check that out. I can't remember how many copies were made of that demo, but I think it was only 100. good to see it on some sites. We've still got like 20 I think.
thanks darkwor; I've been spreading the word about your song as well.
I think this year (new witch tomb, new darkwor, new abaroth, new CNV?, vaettir + all the others) is going to be great for New England BM
Abaroth had like 4 unreleased songs too. The demo recordings were, to me at least, some of the worst recordings we did as a band haha. DYA, I know this sounds strange considering we were in a band together for over a year, but did we meet years ago, too?
