New England Deathfest is set to happen this year on Saturday August 29th & Sunday August 30th, 2009. The fest once again will be held at Club Hell & Jerky's (71-73 Richmond Street) in Providence, Rhode Island 02903. It promises to be bigger, badder and more devastating than the last.

This is an all ages event with bar available to those 21 and over.

Tickets are now on sale! $50 for a 2 day pass and $25 for a 1 day! Tickets will be $30 per day @ the door.

I can honestly say I know nothing and noone from any of the bands mentioned here. I guess I don't make the cut. I have always checked the listings hoping to see bands I know of or like but I see nothing but, you guessed it, "metal jocks"....Enjoy the show and make sue to hit your friends in the pit...

"Other than that, we will see if the future holds anything at all for the band other than that new promo coming out. I'm only one of four people invovled with the band, but it appears to me at this point that Embalmer will not be doing much of anything."

Embalmer is pretty much on “Hiatus” at the moment. We tried to get a drummer to fill in for some shows, but we couldn’t all get enough rehearsals in as a band to make it happen.

Our drummer Tim lives in Florida and we are not sure when he will be relocating. So, the band is on hold while we wait to see what happens with the new promo and our drummer situation.

The new promo will be coming out regardless, and will be given away for free!! When it is out you will hear about it first, here on the “Devo” board!!!
