Dear Mayor David N. Cicilline,

As a taxpaying citizen, it is my solemn duty to bring an item to your attention. It seems that somehow, through some bureaucratic oversight, Richard "Rich Horror" Gefunkelstinski has been denied a wikipedia web page. This is a disservice to a Great American, a Patriot and a future Ccnstituent of your grand city. Although you do not run Wikipedia I have full confidence that you could right this terrible wrong. It is a monumental shame that in this day and age a man who single-handedly saved the alcohol industry from the recession is not being treated as an American Hero. He stands among the greats: George Washington, Abe Lincoln and Jimmy Walker. I need not mention his involvement in The March of Dimes, Toys for Tots, Toys for Tits, and Toys for Twats. His selfless actions in these times of need should result in a monument or a holiday or the keys to city or to a video booth.

I am confident that you will resolve this matter. I will be waiting for your response in your next public cervix announcement.
