ok, so i'm checking out the new terminally your aborted ghost pictures live at the WUNH studio from tonight, and i noticed that not only is the guitarist using a right handed jackson turned upside down, but the strings are strung as if a right handed person was using it!!!!!!!!! how the fuck can u play like that? it's like learning everything in reverse. the 2 things that are bugging me the most is how can u play a power chord, and how can u show the bassist a new riff u wrote? he'd have to watch u upside down. i'm not trying to sound like an ass or anything, players like u just confuse the living shit out of me.

My buddy Chris has been playing that way since...shit, like 95 or so. He's nasty. I guess when he took lessons from Joe Stump back in the day he used to rag on him for it.

Man that is strange.

Jimi Hendrix eat your heart out.

it's all how you learn... it looks hard to us who are used to playing the 'right' way that we're use too.

if you start out learning something a certain way obviously it becomes easier. try playing that way in standard rather than drop, it would be a challenge playing regular chords backwards even if you start to learn them that way.

carina, unless you strum everything upwards, I don't suggest just flipping a right handed guitar backwards withought rotating the strings.

and for the stuff you'll, play it might not be a good idea.
