Yup girlfriend of 10 years split and I need a roomate or a new apartment.
Location = Uxbridge MA 01569 ......... directly in between providence and worcester 20 minutes from each.
price = $500 plus half of the electricity so 525 ish heat and water are included with rent
Size = Huge. Large kitchen, pool table in place of dining room table, large living room, washer dryer / computer room, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom with jacuzzi tub and standup shower.
Noise = my landlord can't get enough of it. bands play upstairs and downstairs anywhere from 2 - 5 days/nights a week.
you = fun yet responsible. no drama. wants to be able to smoke and drink and be loud without fear of pissing off neighbors or landlord.
i don't really want to post this on craigslist if i don't have to.
forgot to mention 2 acres of land so there's a big back yard. plenty of parking. and a 4 bay garage that is not in use for anything currently and can be used for a workshop or whatever.

I'm gonna try bumping this on a tuesday cause bumping it on a friday does not work.
male or female, i don't care.
small dogs cool. one cat maybe 2 are tolerable.
Why pay for a practice space when you can play in your apartment whenever you want.
