Just saw a gas station in Taunton where regular is down to 2.85. Still, I am paying 3.15 a gallon (my truck and my bike only take 93) a month ago, and I still have the receipt, I paid 4.35 for gas.

Goddamn. I need to go to Taunton soon!

Taunton's not too bad of a town. It's no Brockton. I especially enjoy East Taunton - it's all farmland and wooded areas. There's a specific part that everyone calls "Pink-eyed Village" though, where the local populace participates in inbreeding activities as well as bestialities. It's particularly fun to drive through - especially if you’re driving some of the back roads.

Actually pink-eye village is in Lakeville, it borders taunton on 105, but yes it is all of what you said it is. It's kinda funny/sad/pathetic to see these shacks, cause that's all they amount to, surrounded by expensive new homes and that new condo/townhouse development. Yep. It is in Lakeville. It's right on the border. They built that new golf course a few years ago and I had heard that they offered those people loads of money for their land and they REFUSED TO MOVE.
I actually feel somewhat bad for the kids I see there that are playing out in the dirt and stuff. Makes me feel like I'm down in the rural parts of Virginia or the Carolinas.

You might be able to head down Route 9 eastbound and find a few places that are cheap as fuck, BUT you'll have to pay cash. Otherwise you get stuck with an extra $.30 or so per gallon if you use a card.
