Rhode Island’s Dour Cursiva, nominated by the Providence Phoenix for "2008 Best Loud Act" is in need of someone to fulfill bass duties full time. For interested parties, here are a few things to consider:
- The band practices 2-3 times a week (Friday through Sunday)
- The band frequently embarks on weekend tours and shows, with regional touring planed for the relative future (fall/winter)
- Their practice space is located in Warren, Rhode Island
- You need to be a dedicated, serious musician, with reliable transportation and equipment
- The band has a full-length album (Voices Through Wires) out on Hold True Recordings
