The Contra thread got me thinking about this game. I loved it in the arcade. I was searching on the internet, and I did not see a PC version in my searches. Did anyone else love this? Anyone know about it on PC?

you can find it on "midway arcade treasures" for ps2. i'm assuming they made it for other systems but i'm not sure about pc

Emulators, my friend. You can get the NES, SNES, or arcade versions.

this thread and the contra thread made me download an snes9x and an illusion of gaia rom.

fuckin LOVE that game

zsnes is the best snes emu you can download. any other emulator should just give up.

awesome. I went down the MAME route. I got it going right away!

at one point i definetly had an actual arcade console version of this game.

The Genesis one was ridiculously hard. You had to play with two controllers just halfway survive. The SNES and NES version were better than the arcade. One of the best games ever. So addictive.

Also, the sequel Total Carnage was pretty rad.
