maybe i misread this, but why did the US Supreme court give ANY constitutional rights to detainees in Guantanimo Bay? This Graham dudes reaction is silly, but the Supreme Court is fucking WAY out of whack.
I believe that the supreme court said you can't suspend habeas corpus.

Alot of those people in Guantanimo bay had nothing to do with or knew nothing about terrorist attacks. They were being held under the suspicion that they knew something.
