listen just cause other people shit in your asshole doesnt mean you get to lump mine in with theirs my shit stands alone like a flag of hope that all shall gravitate towards and feel the love and heal power of my fecal haven.
Also from Uphill Battle he was.
August is looking to be a good month.
The flux capacitor would come in handy, seeing as that is what makes time travel possible.
This show should be sick. Mouth of the Architect is always great live, but I wonder how they'll be now that one of the original guitarists/songwriter (greg) left and got replaced by the other original 2nd guitarist (alex).
ahh....... I was pretty stoked to go to this show but as it turns out Return To Forever is playing the same night and I NEED to see Stanley Clarke live!
mota was pretty amazing when I saw them with today is the day in albany, my lame indy kid friends were raving about them, so I didnt think I could choke them down, but they were pretty amazing, and VERY LOUD
Upstairs Rev! A bunch of presales were sold there should be 100 available at the door so just come early I don't see a problem getting in really.
Also if you want to pay but are getting there late text me at 16176692444 I can put you on a seperate list.
Rampant Decay: this is my first time seeing them with eric on bass. Sort of funny seeing him incestuous with yet another band. The sound for them was a lot worse than they usually sound. I think the sound didn't get worked out until their last 2 songs. They stopped and then eric put down the bass and mike (hirudinea/witchtomb) played one song with them
hey b-ri, i'll call you after 9 when i get out of work. i'm a firm believer in all or nothing, so i hope i dont miss much of the touring bands. either way, i'll def be there for intronaut.
I doubt you'll miss many bands. I will await your call intently

Mouth of the Architect played their best set in awhile. I was psyched they brought back a bunch of of old "retired" songs. It was even more suprising because neither Greg or Alex, who I assume wrote those parts are not in the band any longer.
heh, i asked them about that at maryland death fest. the guitarist said he had a dream about an "arctopus" and when he woke up he looked it up and it did not exist...
motherboar: they definitely do a lot of things that when scissorfight does, I think it's stupid. Really rocking and tight even the technical difficulties. The guitarist changes strings hella fast.
mouth of the architect: I've been listening to the copy of quietly I got. They had played a ton of those tracks the last time they played in this area which made the CD that much better for me. I think they sounded a lot better at the church show. Probably because I haddnt heard the new stuff yet, but also cause it sounded a lot more full there. All the bands sounded really thin. Most of the sound was coming out of the cabs and not the PA. It also couldd be that im used to the music now so my face wasn't ripped off. Also, the new music is like perfect sleepy time music. Zzz...
Behold... The Arctopus: where's becky? So these guys were one o the bands I heard the must about during/after their set at MDF. How a band that has no singing can garner so much praise would be beyond anyone... Until they see this band live that is. They pretty much stole the show. I wished they got to play the last 2 songs, but whatever. These guys are nothing short of amazing musicians who have fun with playing mind metling music.
intronaut: it seems like the CD with leon on it spent a year in my CD player. I must say that I was a tad let down by them. The music just wasn't as savage as the CD. I seriously listened to that CD non-stop and I didn't recognize a single song. That'z not to say that they weren't good, but I just don't know what was missing from their sound that was ruining I for me. again oh well.
.... and i missed this why?
i had the day off and have been listening to all of these bands a lot lately.
its not like i'm not on this site enough to miss it.
... behold the arctopus are awesome.
haha i wish there was some sort of girl in my life right now.
other than this crazy one, who tells me one thing and does another, and my friend who lives in maine there is no girls in my life.
she could have been drunk there and drank from the cup of the arctopus.
xax: you narrowed it down to the 50% of the population that has a vagina there. you could be talking about any girl from my mom to the kelly bundy. don't worry about it, you will die 7 years before them and you can get a sick fat belly and watch bowling.

I don't know what set they played last night, but tonight they didn't play a single song that wasn't on their new, as-of-yet unreleased and unleaked album.
I can respect it from the perspective of someone in a band, but as the general fan of a band I could see it being a let down.
I thought they were great tonight though.
Mouth of the Architect is almost obscenely loud. I loved it.

I second all of this feller's words.
The rhythm section of Intronaut rivals any I've seen live, ever. Just awesome.
