nothing but enemies played a quick set. opie's voice sounded good. sounds like he gets more pissed off sounding and more like old brit punk.
rampant decay is finally the perfect collection of musicians to back up rich horror. especially the guitar player. they got the crowd movie a bit too. it was a lot of the hirudinea crowd. I assume this is just the beginning of their thrashing.
hirudinea had some major mosh going on at the end. um.. more like giant grapling singing along with everyone buddying up on the mic. they played a more carnivore sounding new song that was called some blue gas. that thing needs a sample in front of it. like a gas canister releasing. that would be awesome.
naw i spent too much money when i went to Charlies

I think i saw all these peeps at the show last night. cheers to all that came out and supported. we salute you.
superchrist is one of the best bands ever. a lot of poeple are missing the boat not coming to their show(s). i have a feeling that people are going to be pissed they missed it after they hear the CDs that their friends got at the show. still, this turn out was really good for a tuesday night show. it was too bad that they got lost and got there late cause it was cool catching up with them. I wished they got more time too... seems like they could have raged on for a few more but it was closing time. my one question is where were the revocation/raov people? they should have been all over superchrist.
that show was awesome last night. it's rare that i get out much these days, but i was glad to finally see superchrist. i've heard all kinds of great stories from my friend matt about growing up with the pit viper in detroit, so it was cool to meet him and hang out last night. i missed most of the first band, but it was fun watching (and hearing from outside) the rest of the bands. missed a good chunk of panzerbastard's set while keeping an eye on the superchrist van while they loaded in, but what i caught was awesome. i wish superchrist got to play longer, but hopefully they'll come back soon. their set was fucking great.
in an unusual moment, keith from panzerbastard came up to me and asked, in a totally non-threatening way, if i was part of an anti-racist group, which caught me off guard, but he was cool about it. i don't belong to any social or political organizations, especially anti-anything groups that end up being more fascist and terrorizing than the beliefs they stand against. i'm just a guy who likes to get out and see a good metal show from time to time. i'd never spoken with keith before, but he seemed like a nice dude, so it sucks to hear that some group would target those guys. as far as i know, they're good guys who like to play music and have a good time like the rest of us. whoever is targeting them is probably some group like the german group that went after moonsorrow and tyr and called them nazis for using runes in their logos. groups like that one and PETA are shitty organizations that hurt their own cause and come off looking like hypocrites in the end. cheers to keith and panzerbastard.
i was psyched to be out there last night hanging out with you fellers. i don't do as much social shit as i used to but this was one show i really wanted to get to.
those are the best kind of stories. the pit viper had some good stories last night as well. i heard so many great stories last night about drugs and debauchery of all kinds.
Larissa bring all about krokus was one of the awesomest parts of last night. eat the rich indeed. that and seeing her go for the mic during ace of spaces through the man-pile that was going on.

rich ignored me to look coool in front of his friends. then left with out me. im so not honeypumped.
haha, I was a nervous wreck with making sure the bands played sets that made the show still be on time, and the fact that Superchrist didn't get there until pretty late. Sorry, Snookums.

thanks for an awesome time in Boston. You folks are the best. By the way Philthy Animal Taylor called me this morning to say that Panzerbastard's drummer died. RIP

Excellent fucking show. PanzerBastard killed it. Superchrist is one of the greatest bands ever. Surprised non of those basement show maniacs wanted to support this one.
