I use intervideo DVD copy 5. I mostly use it to put dvd's on my Ipod. But you can load dvd's into multiple formats.

i think the best thing to do is drag the video ts folder to vlc then export to yer desired format for uploading... it doesnt need to be flash i think avi is fine. if its encrypted then u need to rip it normally with a program made for that.
