ben and chris are still there. they have all new guitarists and a new drummer too. the drummer is a kid from NJ. the bassist moved from TX to join. I think they just lost another new guitarist so they might have only one now. I know they still owe us money for rent. i'm tempted to see this and see how far they've come since the cd lineup. |

if this wasn't on a night of classes, I'd consider checking this out for Irepress. |

irepress: I've said it before and I'll say it again, black people love Irepress. no fakies. what a treat. has it really been like 4 years since the PAL show when I saw them? These guys have a name that sounds like a preteneous indie rock band, but sound like I wish hopesfall did whenever I pick up one of hopesfall's discs. 4-5 dudes who rock harder that mogwai has since mogwai got old. During their first couple songs, it was just 2 guitars, bass, and drums. at the 1/2 way point, the keyboard came out. He screa.med a bunch for the last song. Other than that, it was vocally silent. honestly, with everyone in the crowd saying they came for irepress, I figured the place would empty out after they were done. These guys so should have been on the fucking champs show.. Well.. They might have shown the fucking champs up a bit too much if they did. |

i have never said that black people love irepress. I'm from NH. I only know the black family. I think their last name was jackson or something. |

I think irepress's girlfriends asked me to take a picture of them watch irepress.
bury the needle: excellent set. The crowd didn't leave they in fact stayed and BTN pulled off playing after irepress's set very well. They singe continually ran out through the audience to the end of his teather. At one point some guy flopped around on the floor like a fish with the singer. They seem to get harder each time I see them. the singer barely did any of those LOA vocals. |

burn in silence: anyone else look at the stae and think to themselves "who?" not at the band, but at the members. They have totally changed up a bunch of likes. the bassist is the oldest f the new people, but I don't think I saw them on the last tour so he's new to me. that makes the 2 guitarists, bass, and drummer all new. The first song started off with "here I go again" sounding keyboards. Too bad they didn't rip into that. It would have rule. People crowded to the front and started moshzilla'ing the crap out of the place. This kept me up in one corner of the stage for most of their set. I would have had to swim across a sea of people to get to the other side of the stage. Their entire set was just one big sing-along. I think cause they only hav e their EP and full length. Towards the end, I started snappin pictures of all thar mosh! get into it. I must say, I'm very impressed with their on-stage cohesiveness. This he the first show that the 2-guitars and drummer did and they acts like ot was their band. This is somethin that bands don't get until they toured a ton, but BIS is startin right on a tour like they are stage-bffs. |

oh, chuck (the metal union) or karen (the girl that always follows him around), someone thought you worked for rttp. how insulting! |

Did the singer of Burn In Silence used to be in a band called Changing Skin? |
