I've heard 1 or 2 cuts. I don't like it. Boring metalcore/nu-hardcore nonsense. I do agree that it sounds like Hatebreed, and I hate them too.

Thought about maybe picking up the album today. It is reminiscent of Crowbar, but not as good as Crowbar's Sonic Excess in its Purest Form.

No shit they're not as good, but I wanted to reference one of their latest albums as a comparison. Also because Lifesblood... wasn't as good as Sonic Excess, I believe.

My friend played it last night and it's pretty much the same rehashed boring riffs from both bands combined. A real slick production still cannot hide the fact that this sucks.

that's exactly what i'm saying too. sonic excess is better than most albums by most bands, in my opinion. but kingdom of sorrow is worse than the shittiest crowbar album...equilibrium, for example.

that is quite grand list of awful reviews. those 2 songs i heard sounded pretty decent but maybe i'll avoid buying this cd after all.

Im not really a hatebreed fan....I like the first cd and the demo stuff......the reason im posting on this subject because it seems so many crawl out of the woodwork to express their disgust for this band. I think its one of those jealosy of their success situations. of course you would never admit it, its probably subconscious. but why go out of yer way to slag them. ala autopy 666 on anything phil anselmo. down is a good band. thats why I hate most people......you all exhibit such typical, moronic, mundane behavior. juvenile. review and critique the band......not just say...oh hatebreed sucks.....for whatever reason that is.........my guess..........the kid hosting headbangers ball, or the major opening slots and radio play. I am willing to bet if they were just another hardcore band among other underground hardcore bands.....you prob would never speak of them. I never heard kingdom of sorrow so I wont comment on it. in summary......why go out of yer way?

When the Hatebreed- "Satisfaction..." disc first came out I thought it was some brutal hardcore but after you have rehashed the same riffs and ideas over and over, time and time again it says something about a band's integrity. I could care less if they make a billion dollars. The album sucked...

I too am old enough to remember satisfaction. that disc is still good.
this CD sounds more like new hatebreed from what I hear.
