after reading the article it seems that this is to get money out of companies like AOL and such because they are not paying the musicians to be on the internet radio..... but it will affect everyone involved in the community.

I can't understand why terrestrial radio only has to pay royalities for composition but Internet radio has to pay an additional performance fee. Does it make sense to anyone??
