listen closely guys... the main groove in this song which is played like a billion times... it doesnt sound any different than a typical Hatebreed song. therefore Hatebreed = mallcore and does not = xtoughxCORE

I saw this kid who goes to my school that I kind of know sittin outside one day wearing a Slipknot jersey, so I stopped to say "Wow dude, Slipknot? That's pretty gay.."

He gave me a look, didn't say anything and pulled it up to reveal a giant red "S" logo tattooed onto his entire back. I was totally speechless

Is it I like some of there riffs I know that's bad to say so don't bit my head off yeah

i think half the members of slipknot are really talented... the other half are awful - therefor their music is irrelevant. its a shame really.

joey is a really good drummer and has decent extreme metal chops...shame he NEVER uses them

I'm not gonna lie, I used to like Slipknot back in the day but then I was throughly disgusted when they put out their 3rd album.

their first album isnt bad, its like extreme-numetal with some decent beatdown riffs...but they came out when i was on my way out of listening to nu metal so i didnt care all that much
