Would an ignore feature (ignore posts made by people you can't stand) on RTTP be fucking awesome or not?

Yeah, the problem with that is it won't stop idiots from making an account with no profile info or anything and you still won't know who it is. This way you just don't have to see stupid people's posts. You know everyone here would ignore Leigh's posts and she'd eventually fuck off cause she won't be getting any attention.

Carina, problem with that is when I try to mind my own business I get some cunt talking about my kid in every thread...things about your child are pretty hard to ignore. Realistically it would take a board wide ignore of her for months before she'd go the fuck away, and I can't see that happening when bands are constantly being insulted, kids are being brought up and threatened with "child service calls" and shit, ya know? There isn't a person on this board that likes this bitch, if she won't be banned (and I know Aaron doesn't do that, and I respect it) it would be nice to have the option to be on the message board we all love without some douchebag ruining every thread.

Pam, you bump degrading Blackmetallady threads all the time. Everytime I want to simply participate in a thread... someone comes in and calls me horseface, or something nasty. For example, in the thread, "name x-mas bands," I simply answered Riendeer Decapitation. Then, out of the blue, I was harrased, simply for participating. That's not right. This board is for everyone to participate. Moreover, I have never threatened a child. For God's sake, I volunteeer for missing children throughout the Northeast east 3 times per week. It insults me that you would think that I threatend your child. Check the IP... it wasn't me who started that Pam thread. Gosh! You're just pissed because you are used to all the attention on the board and you can't stand any new female.
