hey kids, if it seems like ive been doing shit with the box of knives, its cuz i have.

with an 11 hour school day eating up my life, and after the embarrassment some would call a leukhorrea show (which my hands are clean of, thank god), plus a billion and one other thing happening and me with no money, im just stepping back, surveying the scene and recollecting myself.

and mike is kind of in the same boat really. but for the next month or so he's gonna be taking care of most of it, and im just gonna go into hybernation. i just just just got a new job 2 days ago afterbeing unemplyed for a month, so i have some debt i have to get rid of before i can do anything.

but once things cool down, and winter break rolls around, i promise you that im really gonna put my nose to the grindstone and book shows like i was trying to pass a stone. and good shows, too. no more of these train wrecks like the leukhorrea "show".

Hey Tom, good to hear you're still functioning like the rest of us. We know what it's like for a disappointing show to really burn you out. oh, the leukhorrea show was HORRIBLE. im glad that i didnt book that one. what basically happened was our headliner, Leukhorrea, didnt show up. well, the singer and bassist did, but the drummer and guitarist, got lost, gave up and drove back home. then everything was running REALLY late, mike couldnt decide where to set up so the bands had to move thier equipment like 532895678925695 times and i felt like an asshole. some bands were taking like 40 minutes to set up, so there were literally hour pauses in between each band.

the lights kept going out for no reason. some asshole punk kid shit ON the toilet seat. then tyag was set to play, and i was happy....until the PA shiut the bed and devon got to sing like 2 songs. then some faggot punk starteed throwing stuff at spalding and grabbed my ass and i freaked out...i was gonna knuckle the kid but i didnt mainly because a million and one people told me it wasnt worth it.

by the end of the night i was a fucking mess. i went to just relax and i ended up running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to keep a million thigns from falling apart. ugh.

For everything you've helped us with bro, we appreciate it! Even if shows dont go 100% as planned you are always cool and collected and are always willing to help anyone! TYAG is willing to play there anytime you want us to play! Thank you for keeping this shitty scene on solid ground.

TYAG and Ascendancy definitely need to devastate the Box'o'Knives again together. My girlfriend Ratt Mowe had a pretty slick idea that would go over well there, but it's a surprise. Shhh.
