If you're going to contact this guy, take care; I checked on the Wacken forum and got a response from someone into the Cologne scene who's never heard of this guy. The address is real, but I haven't yet been able to find any evidence of shows this agency's put up in the past.

I've got a few more possible avenues of inquiry and will post any results.

After getting another tip, it looks like the email comes from this distro, which looks solid enough (provided you can read German). However, the only tour that this guy has been associated with seems to be Red State Riot's; those interested may want to contact this band to see if Robo booked their tour or not, and if so, if he was able to deliver as anticipated.
