New site? Maybe some day.
i wish i could have been at whatever festival it was where Satyricon played, but stopped and Darkthrone came out and did "Kathaarian Life Code" and a few others. gah. |
I miss the good old days when Darkthrone was artistically vital. Who cares if the first album was death metal? Some of the best music in the world is death metal and nothing off "Ravishing Grimness" is good at all. |
Soulside Journey is an incredible album. |
i dont like this band especially the singer someone talked me into getting under a funeral moon and it kinda sucked |
Total Death, A Blaze in the Northern Sky and Transylvanian Hunger are all amazing. |

what makes Ravishing Grimness bad? yes i understand its not revolutionary, its not groundbreaking, it doesnt push the boundries, but its a good solid quality piece of Darkthrone doom n' roll. |

I didn't like that one either, and I also didn't really care for A Blaze in the Northern Sky. Soulside Journey, Transilvanian Hunger, Panzerfaust and Goatlord are my favorite Darkthrone albums, and all the rest of their post 1995 albums are varying degrees of okay. |

ABITNS is fucking incredible, one of my all time favorite cds. UAFM isnt one of my more favorite Darkthrone releases, the thing that i dont like is how abruptly the songs end, and they dont seem to change much throughout. not bad, but not spectacular. |
