On a serious note though, the problem isn't them having a nuke per say. It's the fact that if they build a nuke unimpugned when the world, and especially the US warned them not too. It encourages other anti-American forces throughout the world to do so also. (i.e Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Syria ect.ect.) Do we really want a multi-nation stand off with nuclear arms?
