"A 52-year-old Greek woman is to give birth to her own grandchild after being granted legal permission to act as a surrogate mother for her daughter.
Greece normally imposes an age limit of 50 on surrogate mothers but a court in the southern city of Corinth made an exception because the woman's daughter has health problems that prevented her carrying a pregnancy to term.
The mother will be implanted with embryons from her 29-year-old daughter's eggs that have been fertilised by her son-in-law."
