Is that place still open? I feel like I heard something about it closing down but would like to confirm it with someone else.

as a matter of fact...what clubs are open and host shows in Northern MA/Southern NH? I was talking to Kyle(SeedBassist) about doing a show up there and thought it'd be better(not to mention a whole lot easier) to do it at a club/bar, although am not familiar with the area that well.
well, provided none of the bands you get try to be monkeys and hang from the ceiling, you could always try to get into JP McBrides. I'll have to talk to Brian from Valasyrka and find out if they'll still do shows, but I'm sure we could figure something out.
as far as the 125 goes, Aaron's right, it closed shortly after the stone & steel/sayonara summer fest (in fact, the sign out front still says 'Metal Fest')
