They couldn't have won in 2004 without the issue, so they believe they have to use it again to have a chance this year. Terror and Homos, that's always been the game plan. What they really need is to combine the two issues somehow... kind of like they did at Abu Gharaib (until the liberal media got a hold of the story of course, and took the focus off the real issue: them getting gay with each other).
