Yeah, everyone I've talked to said this album is the absolute drizzling shits.

It starts off decently, but rapidly devolves on the latter half of the album. I also dig that they were going with the raw production on purpose, but it didn't really work. It's not terrible, but it's not the Second Coming of Venom (they already had that).

I almost got it, but I picked up the new Evergrey, the new Katatonia, and a Loudness CD. (I originally went to Newbury Comics for Mindcrime II, but I decided against it when I saw the Loudness CD.)

I love classic Venom. But in all honesty, I don't expect them to put out anything worthwhile.

any album released without the original three members is not a real venom record. i couldnt care less about this album. venom ends for me after the last note on "possessed".

I like some of their later 80s albums, but they definitely sounded a lot different and should have just changed the band name.
