there are a few bands that play very well when they are wasted and are fun too watch, there are others that can at least get by being wasted and ypu can still deal with it... Call the PAramedic fits in neither of these classes. Very drunk, very loud, but not very interesting... but VERY metalcore, believe it or not. We saw them at as220 with like 3 other people in the room, everyone left.
