hah!
For those of you following my car dilemmas..you will know that I have my NH plates but I still have my MA license and no inspection..well as i made a left hand turn a cop drove by me slowly...i was 10 feet from my work...I went into our lot and parked my car and saw the lights behind me..ugh!

I was already getting out of my car so he asked me to step back into my vehicle...and then came over and asked if i was aware that i had no inspection sticker and asked if i just bought the car...i said no..i said i moved to NH and just got my NH plates...i gave him my green card, my registration and my MA license...

i thought i might get a ticket or somethign since i was supposed to have my vehicle inspected within 10 days of getting the plates..he just gave me a verbal warning and then told me to get a NH license too.

whew!

at least you didn't get a ticket, that would have sucked. I hate getting tickets, I got pulled over 2 streets away from my house coming home from work one night. The cops in my town always hide on side streets with their lights out.

yeah i had my winter coat on...i really thought he was gonna be a hardass because of the way he told me to step back into my vehicle..like yeesh..give me a break!

That's ok, I still haven't gotten Florida plates yet, mostly because when I went they said I needed my title, which I didn't have, and couldn't find anywhere... so long story short I finally did all the paperwork to get a replacement title and sent it up to my Mom about two-three weeks ago. She called me because I didn't put my registration number on the paperwork, and as I looked at my registration, I realized that it expired in MAY 2005!

Thank god I am getting my plates on Friday...

yeah well i've been here a year...just got the plates..misplaced the title...made a thread about that too..ironically...i got my replacement title and then the day after i found my original title

oh and i failed inspection over a tire...
i knew i needed new tires but wtf?

then someone misplaced a piece that comes with my vehicle...it's used to take the tires off...so they couldn't replace the tire even though they were ready to rip me off..

oh what to do? will any place reject me over a tire?

i've got to work tomorrow and then class...hmmm man i hope i don't get pulled over...i'm almost thinking aaron should put my MA plates back on...
