ok, the best thing about this show has been the music in between. it's all rap. snoop dogg and stuff like that. for the obvious fact that I'm in revere, seconds for the beach, in a latino dance club, at a show that needs to be over at 8 for latino dancing.

When Words Fail: man, I have never heard so many catch phrases used by any one since the first 25 ta life show I went to. I thought it was especially rediculous when he said something to the effect "if you care about you friends, fucking move for the song about you friends." they had a sizable about of people moving for them. I'm pretty sure you won't be able to see it in the photos cause the people dance behind the poles.

yours in murder: some crowd for the that were here for When Words Fail. There were a few people that jumped up and sang with them. I'm guessing it's from myspace tracks cause I don't know if they have and actual CD yet.

emmure: they sound a lot like the acacia strain back when mark (BYD) was in the band. They had better equipment than the bands before the and sounded a lot more full. The vocals sounded sort of like vincent (TAS), but strayed towards evertime I die a few times and matt (BYD) other times. the drummer was very good and reminded me a lot of mark (BYD)

In Remembrence: the one and only complaint is they played way too sort of a set. there were mastly familar faces that came out to dance just for them. I haven't seen these guys for almost a year. I guess they've been righting lots of new stuff and got sign to rock vegas records. Makes sense that they got signed cause with the quality of the music they right, hopefully they will be touring with never remember, evergreen terrace, and other bands like that within the year. at that point ferret ecords will probaly try to steal them from rockvegas.

nicaea room, the: this was another one of the dates that they did with cannae. for some reason, the sound mix was pretty dreadful for them. they still played well. it's funny seeing them without cleans/talking.

cannae: they took forever to set up. Also, their usual crowd wasn't around for most of the other bands, but once they got on the stage the older crowd stepped forward and the dancing gets a lot more dangerous (i admit when that big guy was swinging that I hid behind a post). They again, played the same set as the other 2 or 3 times I've seen them lately. the only old songs where human head and anna's love. some day, they will bust out symmetry... Some day.

acacia strain, the: I was really surpised at home much dancing actually went on during their set. There were a lot of kids that stuck around until the end and danced for them. There were actually parts were people jumped up and sang along with them.

oh ya rev, acacia strain is totally scene now. kids love them. in hudson last weekend there were about a hundred kids there. and there were full on sing alongs and moshing throughout.
