I am finally filling in forms to transfer my truck to NH to get the plates and since i had lost my title, i had to mail a ton of forms..and now that i'm filling in another form i grabbed my registration out of my glove compartment and it expired over 6 months ago...this already happened to me because a cop pulled me over for both and let me go as long as i promised to get everything done ASAP...but i'm not sure what to do now since i'm in NH...
can i do this over the phone? I'm having a hard time reaching the DMV...and i don't want them to give me shit

ok well she said that it didn't matter and that all i wanted was my title...so i'm not renewing my registration...or inspection..once they give me my title i'm going to have to get my NH license, registration, plates and inspection... |

Dealing with the DMV/car shit in general is so frusrating and difficult. It seems like no one wants to help you or give you information that would actually be helpful. I am not looking forward to registering a car in RI because I know it's going to be a pain in the ass (long story), MA was bad enough. |

oh and as long as i don't drive in MA i should be ok. Hopefully I'll get it all sorted ASAP. I mailed everything in yesterday, so now I'm just waiting to get the forms in the mail and then i'll go to the DMV. |

ha, amatures...I've driven around with an expired inspection sticker for over 6 months at a time...got nailed once, fought it in court, all I had to do was show them that I'd fixed everything and they dismissed it. Got nailed for the driving with an expired registration once..or was it license? either way, I was unaware of it, and that sucked, the asshole towed my truck and arrested me. |

yeah, they even pulled me over for something that's not illegal...doing donuts in an empty parking lot in the snow...that's how you learn to drive in the snow for fuck's sake. I got those charges dismissed also, except for the bullshit one they gave me for the donuts...sorry, but doing circles in the snow is not misusing a vehicle or whatever crap they came up with. |

I borrowed my sister's car to get my driver's license when I was 16 and the sticker was expired (which my father and I did not know)...so I couldn't take the test and had to wait 6 months to take the test again, not as a punishment, just because that was the next opening. ridiculous. |

I've gotten more speeding tickets than I can remember...and beat most of them in court. Gotta love the police harassment in MA |

lame...I got pulled over for speeding when I had my learner's permit, with my dad in the car and everything. That was fun...my dad started giving the cop shit because it was so retarded. And thus my disdain for many traffic laws blossomed. I get cut off by assholes who don't use turn signals, stuck behind slow people who won't get out of the passing lane, and see people daily who don't know how to drive, but I get pulled over for stupid crap. |
